Valle Di Oro Townhomes of Santa Clarita UPDATE
For those of you interested in the new community Valle Di Oro being developed at the intersection of Sierra Highway and Golden Valley Rd in Newhall/Canyon Country...the developer has given me some "insight" today I wanted to share.
The developer, TriMark Pacific, is planning on opening up the sales office "trailer" around the middle or end of February. They plan on starting Pre-Sales in early March. NO MODELS will be available until June approx. So you will have to reserve a home without really seeing anything if interested in Pre-Sales and initial price offerings.
NO PRICING will likely be available until they release some of the first homes during some sort of pre-sale event. This is so they can make sure they can gauge the demand right up until the last minute, and market conditions at the time they open for pre-sales - not "today's" market conditions.
They will have floor plans that range in sq ft from 1851 to 2750! That is the largest floor plans for a townhome in Santa Clarita, rivaled only by Stratford and Avignon in the Valencia area.
