Coming Soon - Plum Canyon KB Home Blackberry Briar
Greetings everyone,
After a pause in its initial release due to market demand and other factors, KB Home at Plum Canyon will be reintroducing Blackberry Briar. The word on the street is that they will commence the construction and sales process in January 2007, possibly February. Models have yet to be completed, however seem nearly finished with that. The floor plans are very nice and much larger than KB's Strawberry Field just down Golden Valley Rd.
As it is now, KB Plum Canyon has sold its current inventory of homes at Strawberry Fields, and has yet to release future phases (will in 1st quarter of 2007 likely). KB Plum Canyon has also almost sold out of its other community off Golden Valley Rd. called Citrus Grove. This smaller community filled with less than 100 detached townhomes, only has a few left for purchase.
To get on the interest/VIP list for these communities, contact me right away. There is a possibility that if you need something sooner than Summer 2007 we can get you a home that may fall out of escrow, as I just helped another client do last weekend.
