 The northern portion of the Valencia real estate market is comprised of mostly newer homes off of McBean toward Copperhill, as well as some older homes closer to Seco and Bouquet on the border of Saugus. This Valencia area is very well established, a lot of trees, great schools, well taken care of neighborhoods, and paseos. Condos, Townhomes, and Single Family homes are offered in Valencia. The difference in pricing isn't that much different from other portions of Valencia, although the older housing does tend to be a little less expensive compared to the older homes in the southern portion of Valencia closer to Old Orchard Village and McBean. While this part of Santa Clarita isn't so much freeway close as other areas, quicker access routes and roads to the freeways have been built or are under construction, such as the extension of Copperhill to the west near the Valencia Industrial business park, and the future completion of the Cross Valley Connector which will span the entire Valley, from East to West. Homes in this Valencia area vary greatly in price, from as low as the $100k range for certain condos and townhomes, up to a million dollars approximately for large north Valencia homes. |
