   From condos and townhomes to million dollar estates, Stevenson Ranch is one of Santa Clarita Valley's nicest master planned communities. With its backdrop of hills and mountains, this community provides a lifestyle for all, with its different housing options. Located on the west side of the Interstate 5 freeway, Stevenson Ranch is served by its main artery Stevenson Ranch Pkwy, Hemingway, Poe, and Pico. For years, Stevenson Ranch has becoming a top destination for home buyers. Although it is not located in the city of Santa Clarita proper, Stevenson Ranch does provide for some nice amenities within its area, such as am awesome park, two elementary schools, and its own shopping center, and two fire stations.
